摘    要:目的探讨饮食控制对糖尿病病情状况的影响,为预防和治疗提供科学依据。方法对郑州市204例糖尿病患者进行膳食调查,测定空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖值,根据空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖值分成控制良好组和控制较差组。结果血糖控制良好组与较差组分别占35.3%和64.7%,碳水化合物、脂类及摄入过多热量所占的百分率在两组之间均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在血糖控制较差组,脂类、蛋白质摄入过多率与热量摄入过多率相比亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论饮食控制不严格、热量摄入过多,是糖尿病患者病情控制较差的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective To research the fluence of control diet on diabetes so as to provide the scientific basis for the prevention and treatment.Methods Based on random sampling,the blood sugar(BS)in 204 diabetes patients from Zhengzhou city were selected for nutrition survey,and the BS value at the limosis blood sugar and the postprandial 2h blood sugar were mensured.These patients were divided into well-controlled group and poorly-controlled group.Results The rate of well-controlled group and poorly-controlled group were 35.3% and 64.7% respectively.There were statistical significance between two groups of percentage on carbohydrate,fat,heat energy,which are over abundant(P<0.05).There were statistical significance of percentage between over much protein or fat and heat energy abundance in poorly-controlled group(P<0.01).Conclusion Poor diet control and excessive heat energy ingestion are the important factors contributing to poor diabetes control.
