厄贝沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病的效果观察

目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平对高血压合并2型糖尿病患者的疗效及对糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平的影响。方法选择我院收治的高血压合并2型糖尿病患者158例,随机分为两组,各79例。对照组患者进行常规治疗,并服用β受体阻断剂美托洛尔。观察组患者在此基础上加用左旋氨氯地平及厄贝沙坦。疗程均为3个月。比较两组总有效率以及对HbAlc、空腹血糖(FBG)及血压水平的影响。结果观察组总有效率为88.6%,对照组总有效率为72.2%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者HbAlc水平和两组血压水平较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.01),且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论厄贝沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病具有显著的疗效,能有效降低HbAlc及血压水平,改善患者的糖代谢情况,值得临床推广应用。

Effective observation on irbesartan combined with L-amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension with type 2 diabetes

Objective To observe the curative effect of irbesartan combined with L-amlodipine on hypertension with type 2 diabetes and its influence on HbAlc level.Methods One hundred and fifty eight patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension who were collected in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（79 patients） and observation group（79 patients）.The patients in the control group got the conventional therapy and took β-receptor blocking agent（Metoprolol） as well,while the patients in the observation group got L-amlodipine additionally.The course of treatment lasted for 3 months.The total effective rates of the patients in the two groups and the influence of amlodipine on glycated hemoglobin,fasting plasma glucose levels and blood pressure levels were compared.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group（88.6%） was higher than that of the control group（72.2%）（P 0.01）.Glycated hemoglobin levels,the fasting plasma glucose levels and blood pressure after treatment were obviously lower thanh those of before treatment and the descending extent of the patients in the observation was higher than that of the control group（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.Conclusion The treatment of Irbesartan combined with L-amlodipine for hypertension patients with type 2 diabetes which can reduce HbAlc and blood pressure levels,improve the patients＇glucose metabolism has striking curative effect and is worth applying clinically.
