| 摘 要： | 核转录因子κB（NF-κB）参与多种炎症介质基因的转录和调控，在炎症免疫反应中发挥重要作用。本文主要综述了NF-κB的生物学特性，在炎症疼痛中的作用及双重疼痛调节效应机制，结合电针在炎症疼痛中的作用机制研究进展，预见电针干预NF-κB活性的可能性。
