摘 要: | 糖尿病神经病变的发生是多因素的,氧化应激是其发病的中心环节。α-硫辛酸是一种强有力的抗氧化剂,将其单独或与其他药物联合应用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,取得了较好的临床疗效,并且具有很好的安全性和耐受性。其保护糖尿病周围神经病变的机制包括增加神经血流、改善神经传导速度、增加神经Na+-K+-ATP酶活性、抑制脂质过氧化、抗炎、保护血管内皮功能等。

Abstract: | Diabetic neuropathy is a multiple-factorial disorder. Oxidative stress is a critical factor in the development of diabetic perpheral neupropahy (DPN). As a powerful antioxidant, alpha lipoic acid (ALA) has been used alone or combined with other drugs to treat DPN with good safety and tolerability. The protective mechanisms of ALA in treatment of DPN are involved in increase of endoneurial blood flow and the Na+ -K+ ATPase activity in nerve, improvement of nerve conduction velocity, inhibition of lipid peroxidation, resistance of inflammation and protection of endothelial function, etc. |
