天然产物逆转肿瘤多药耐药性研究进展

摘    要:由ABC转运体过表达导致的肿瘤多药耐药性是临床癌症化疗成功的主要障碍。直接抑制ABC转运体最为经济有效,但寻找高效、低毒和高选择性ABC转运体抑制剂困难重重。近年来对于天然产物抑制剂即第四代抑制剂的开发较为关注。本文综述有开发前景的具有抑制ABC转运体功能的天然产物的研究。

Abstract:Multidrug resistance caused by the overexpression of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters is a major obstacle in clinical cancer chemotherapy. In general, the direct inhibition of ABC transporters would be the cheapest and most efficient way to combat this problem. However, it is still difficult to find a potent, low-toxic and selective inhibitor to modulate ABC transporters. Many researchers in recent years have turned their attention to utilize natural products as the building blocks for the development of next generation inhibitors, since not satisfied results were obtained from existing inhibitors at clinical trial stage. In this paper, a brief overview of using natural products to modulate ABC transporters is presented.
