中西医结合治疗皮肤软组织非结核分枝杆菌感染的临床研究

[目的 ]探讨皮肤软组织肌注后非结核分枝杆菌感染的治疗方法。 [方法 ]将 6 3例臀部非结核分枝杆菌感染病人分为两组 ,观察组在传统化疗和手术基础上加用中药生肌玉红膏和九一丹治疗 ;对照组只给予化疗和手术治疗。观察感染伤口的愈合情况。 [结果 ]按照临床治愈出院标准全部治愈。观察组 38例平均愈合天数为 6 8 4 8± 36 13,对照组 2 5例为110 0 5± 6 8 83,两组相比有显著性差异。 [结论 ]皮肤软组织非结核性分枝杆菌感染治疗难 ,易反复 ,运用中西医结合疗法可以缩短病程 ,促进愈合。

Clinical Study on Nontuberculous Mycobacterium Infection in the Skin and Soft Tissues Treated by Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

[Objective]To study the therapeutic schemes of nontuberculous mycobacterium infection after injections in the skin soft tissues.[Methods]63 cases of nontuberculous mycobacterium infections in buttocks were divided into two groups. 25 cases of the control group received chemotherapeutics and surgical therapy and 38 cases of the observation group received treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine such as Jiuyi home remedy and Shengjiyuhong ointment in addition to the above mentioned methods. The cicatrization of infectious incision was observed.[Results]All patients were cured in accordance with clinical cure standard. The mean cured period of the observed group ranged from 68.48 days to 36.13 days,and the controlled group from 110.05 days to 68.83 days.[Conclusion]With reoccurrence, it is difficult to treat nontuberculous mycobacterium infection in the skin and soft tissues. However,treatment of combined Traditional Chinese and Western medicine can be shorten the course of disease and accelerate the cicatrization of infectious incision.
