中心静脉置管在恶性胸腔积液治疗应用评价

目的观察中心静脉置管引流方法治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效评价。方法治疗组58例采用中心静脉导管置入胸腔内引流积液并注入顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液,对照组79例行传统钢针穿刺抽液并注入顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中心静脉置管引流疗效较好,安全可靠,适合恶性胸腔积液的治疗。
