摘    要:目的采用复合酶法提取毛脉酸模中有效成分,研究其提取最佳工艺。方法以毛脉酸模根中白藜芦醇苷、白藜芦醇、大黄酚苷、酸模素、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚及出膏率为考察指标,采用多指标综合评分和正交设计实验优化复合酶法提取毛脉酸模有效成分的工艺。结果复合酶法提取毛脉酸模有效成分的最佳酶解条件:酶量为3%,酶解时间120min,酶解温度40℃,pH=6。结论验证试验结果表明该提取工艺稳定可行,适用于毛脉酸模有效成分的提取。

Abstract:Objective To extract effective components from Rumex gmelini Turcz by compound enzymolysis method and research the optimal technology.
