| 摘 要： | 均匀设计的基本思路就是尽量使试验点在试验范围内充分均匀分散,使每个试验点具有更好的代表性,同时可舍弃整齐可比的要求,这样可增加试验的水平数,并减少试验次数;然后通过多元统计方法使得试验结论同样可靠。近年来将其运用于药理学研究、优化中药的提取工艺、制剂的成型工艺、组方配伍和微生物培养等科研中取得了良好的成效。文章就以上内容加以综述。
