蒙药复方白脉散对脑缺血再灌注大鼠神经损伤的保护作用研究

摘    要:目的观察蒙药复方白脉散对大鼠脑缺血再灌注神经损伤的保护作用。方法将健康成年大鼠随机分为3组:假手术组、缺血再灌注模型组、白脉散组。术前灌胃给药7 d,末次给药30 min后,采用改良的线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞再灌注(MCAO/R)模型。苏醒后对其神经功能进行评分;缺血2 h再灌注24 h后观察病灶处病理学变化,测定脑匀浆上清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、还原型谷胱甘肽含量、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性等。结果与模型组比较,蒙药复方白脉散组病灶处皮层神经元肿胀坏死有所减轻;脑匀浆上清SOD活性和GSH含量明显升高,MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05);T-NOSi、NOSc、NOS活性均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论蒙药复方白脉散对大鼠局灶性脑缺血有明显的保护作用,其机制可能是通过有效的拮抗自由基损伤,提高脑组织抗氧化能力来实现的。
