厦门地区979例生殖异常妇女的细胞遗传学分析

目的通过生殖异常史妇女的外周血细胞染色体检查分析,探讨染色体异常与生殖异常的关系。方法对979例疑为外周血染色体异常的生殖异常史妇女进行染色体核型分析。结果发现染色体异常52例,异常检出率为5.31%。结论生殖异常与染色体异常密切相关,对生殖异常患者进行染色体核型分析可以寻找病因,指导优生优育,因此是非常必要的。

Cytogenetic Analysis on 972 Women with Reproductive Abnormality in Xiamen Area

[Objective]To conduct chromosome analysis on peripheral blood cells of women with reproductive abnormality,and discuss the relationship between chromosome exceptional and reproduction abnormality.[Methods]The blood samples of 979 women with reproductive abnormality and suspected chromosome abnormalities in peripheral blood were collected for karyotype analysis.[Results]A total of 52 cases were identified as chromosome abnormalities,the detection rate was 5.31%.[Conclusion]Reproductive abnormality closely relates with chromosomal abnormalities.Karyotype analysis on patients with reproductive abnormalities can find the cause of disease,guide bearing and rearing better children,therefore,it is very necessary.
