大蒜素对家兔缺血心肌心功能的影响

目的：探讨大蒜素对家兔急性缺血心肌心功能的影响.方法：取8只健康成年家兔,采用自身前后对照法,选择耳缘静脉注射垂体后叶素（1.5 U/kg）制造家兔急性心肌缺血模型（Isc模型）,观察其心电图并记录血流动力学参数,待各参数恢复正常后,耳缘静脉注射大蒜素（15 mg/kg）对心肌进行预保护,15 min后再耳缘静脉注射垂体后叶素（1.5 U/kg）制造预保护的心肌缺血模型（A1t模型）.比较两组模型的心电图,注药后30 s、1、2、5、10、15 min血流动力学参数的差别.结果：与Isc模型组相比,大蒜素能使心率加快,抑制左心室收缩压和心室内压的最大上升/下降速率的降低,并且抑制左心室舒张压的升高.结论：大蒜素对缺血心肌的心功能具有良好的改善与保护作用.

Effect of allicin on the cardiac function of ischemic myocardium in rabbits

Objective： To explore the effect of aUicin on the cardiac function of ischemic myocardium in rabbits. Methods： Models of the acute rabbits＇ myocardial ischemia were established by giving injections with pituitrin （1.5 U/kg） on ear vein with the method of self-controlled study, then observed the ECG and hemody- namic parameters. When these parameters returned to normal levels, injected with allicin （15 mg/kg） on the ear vein to pre-protect the myocardium, then injected with pituitrin （1.5 U/kg） after 15 minutes, and compared the differences between the ischemic models about the ECG and hemodynamic parameters after 30 s, 1 min, 2 min, 5 min, 10 min and 15 min. Results： Compared with ischemic models, allicin could speed up the heart rate and significantly inhibited the decrease of LVSP, ±dp/dtmax and the increase of LVDE Conclusion： Allicin has a good effect on improving and protecting the function of ischemic myocardium.
