| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：将160例患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组80例。对照组予以经期盆腔封闭治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服自拟益气养阴汤。结果：对照组有效率为61.25%,治疗组有效率为78.75%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods：160 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group equally.The control group was given pelvic blockage treatment during the menstrual period,while the control group was additionally given self-formulated Yiqi Yangyin Decoction.Results：In the control group,the effective rate was 61.25% while the effective rate was 78.75% in the treatment group.Comparison of the effective rates in two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has good curative effects for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. |
