针刺“头四关穴”治疗偏头痛的临床研究

目的:观察针刺“头四关穴”—太阳穴、风池穴治疗偏头痛的疗效及对脑血流、血NO、ET的影响。方法:120例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例,治疗组针刺太阳穴和风池穴,对照组口服尼莫地平。经治30天后,观察临床疗效、TCD及血液生化指标。结果:治疗组即刻疗效、短期疗效和长期疗效的总有效率分别为94.8%、87.9%和81.0%,均优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗前后两组TCD检查均有显著改善,而治疗组对大脑后动脉、椎动脉和基底动脉的改善程度尤其显著(P<0.01)。治疗组可显著降低血浆ET、NO水平。结论:针刺“头四关穴”的即刻、短期和长期疗效均很好,可显著改善偏头痛患者的脑血流状态,降低偏头痛患者的血浆ET、NO水平。

Clinical Studies on Treatment of Migraine by Puncturing Taiyang ( EX - HN5 ) and Fengchi (GB20)

Objective: To observe the curative effect,cerebral vascular flow and ET,NO level in plasm on migraine with puncturing Taiyang(EX-HN5) and Fengchi(GB20).Methods: 120cases of migraine were divided into 2 groups randomly,60cases accepted Taiyang(EX-HN5) and Fengchi(GB20) puncturing,60cases accepted nimodipine tablet as control.The total course of treatment was 30 days.The curative effect,cerebral vascular flow and blood marker were observed.Results: The instant,short and long-term effect in the puncture group is much better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The cerebral vascular flow effect before and after treatment of both group are improved,the cerebral vascular flow of PCA,VA and BA in the acupuncture group get more improved.The ET and NO level in plasm were reduced in the acupuncture group.Conclusion: The method of acupuncturing Taiyang(EX-HN5) and Fengchi(GB20) get a better effectin the migraine treatment.It can improve the cerebral vascular flowand reduce the ET and NO level in plasm.
