| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究改良的淋巴造影术 (LAG)结合CT检查诊断妇科恶性肿瘤淋巴转移的价值。方法 :32例妇科恶性肿瘤患者 ,术前分别行CT、改良LAG和改良LAG结合CT ,3种检查所获结果与术后病理组织学检查结果对照。结果 :诊断妇科恶性肿瘤淋巴转移的准确性、敏感性、特异性 :(1)CT分别为 5 6.3%、4 2 .1%、76.2 % ;(2 )改良LAG分别为 81.3%、78.9%、84 .6% ;(3)改良LAG结合CT分别为 87.5 %、84 .2 %、92 .3%。 3组之间总体差异有显著性(P <0 .0 5 ) ,(1)与 (2 )、(1)与 (3)之间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,(2 )与 (3)之间则差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :诊断妇科恶性肿瘤淋巴转移 ,改良LAG优于CT ,改良LAG结合CT检查亦优于单纯CT检查 ,改良LAG结合CT检查不比改良LAG有显著的优越性 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the improved lymphangiography (LAG) combined with CT to diagnose lymph node metastasis of malignant gynecologic tumors.Methods:CT examination,improved LAG and improved LAG combined with CT examination on 32 patients with malignant gynecologic tumors were studied.The results of three kinds of examination were compared with the pathologic identification.Results:The accuray,sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of malignant gynecologic tumors were 56.3%,42.1% and 76.2% respectively in CT,81.3%,78.9% and 84.6% in improved LAG,87.5%,84.2% and 92.3% in improved LAG combined with CT.There was significant difference (P<0.05) between the two groups of CT and improved LAG and between the two groups of CT and improved LAG combined with CT,while there was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the two groups of improved LAG and improved LAG combied with CT.Conclusions:In the diagnosis for lymph node metastasis of malignant gynecologic tumors,improved LAG and improved LAG combined with CT both have advantages over CT,while improved LAG combined with CT is not better than improved LAG. |
