| 摘 要： | 利用图象分析系统考察了艹各葱(AlliumvictorialisL.)浸膏及其成分对小鼠胎仔培养心肌细胞作用.结果表明,挥发性提取物对培养心肌细胞心率和振幅有明显的增强作用,而甲醇和水提取物对两者均无影响.从具有生物活性的挥发性提取物中分离得到的二甲基二硫、烯丙基甲基三硫、烯丙基甲基硫醚和二烯丙基二硫对培养心肌细胞心率和振幅均有不同程度的增强作用,而不含硫的2戊酮则没有作用.

| Abstract: | Effectsofvariouscardioactiveagentsandtheextractandtheirconstituentsofcaucas (AlliumvictorialisL .)onperiodicbeatingofculturedmyocardialcellswereexaminedbyusing theimageanalyzingsystem .Thevolatileextractsofcaucasincreasedboththebeatingrateandthe beatingamplitude ,whereas,waterandmethanolextractsofcaucasdidnotaffectthem .Bythebio assaydirectedfractionationofthevolativeconstituents.dimethyldisulfide ,allylmethyltrisulfide, allylmethylsulfideanddiallyldisulfidewerefoundtoincreasethebeatingrateandbeatingampli tudeinastandardmedium ,butthecompund 2 pentanonewithoutsulfidedidnotaffecteitherof them . |
