| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单次激发磁共振水成像技术(single shot MR hydrography,SSH MRH)在脊柱根鞘囊肿检查中的应用价值。资料与方法对50例脊柱有根鞘囊肿和怀疑有根鞘囊肿的患者同时采用SSH MRH和冠状自旋回波(SE)序列T2WI,比较两者显示脊柱根鞘囊肿的效果。结果冠状SE序列T2WI清晰显示根鞘囊肿35例(70%)。SSH MRH清晰显示根鞘囊肿46例(92%)。另有4例未显示。结论 SSH MRH对根鞘囊肿的敏感性高、显示效果好,同时扫描速度较冠状SE序列T2WI快。可作为脊柱根鞘囊肿的常规检查方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of SSH MRH in the detection of nerve root sheath cyst in spine.Materials and Methods 50 patients diagnosed or suspected of nerve root sheath cyst received single shot MR hydrography (SSH MRH)and TSE coronal T2WI,and the rate of detection between SSH MRH and TSE coronal T2WI were compared.Results Of the 50 patients,the cysts can be clearly showed by TSE coronal T2WI in 35 cases (70%),and by SSH MRH in 46 cases(92%),the other 4 cases (8%) can not be diagnosed clearly.Conclusion... |
