| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中药联合柳氮磺胺吡啶和甲氨蝶呤治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效和不良反应。[方法]64例患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服中药,联合MTX7.5mg,;对照组服MTX。观察不良反应。[结果]治疗组显效8例（25%）,有效16例（50%）,改善7例（22%）;对照组显效9例（28%）,有效17例（53%）,改善5例（16%）,两组比较（P〉0.05）。不良反应治疗组4例次,占13%;对照组15例次,占47%。[结论]中药联合小剂量柳氮磺胺吡啶和甲氨蝶呤治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效佳,不良反应少。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective]To study the effect and complication of Herbs associated with Salicylazosulfapyridine (SASP) and Methotrexate (MTX) in treatment on patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS).[Method ] 64 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the study group (n=32) and the control group (n=32).
