| 摘 要： | 目的:观察直肠灌注中药"菌痢宁"治疗儿童细菌性痢疾的疗效.方法:将120例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例.2组均口服常规西药,治疗组在此基础上加中药汤剂"菌痢宁"灌肠治疗.7 d为1个疗程.结果:治疗组治愈39例(65.0%),显效19例(31.7%),有效2例(3.3%),总有效率100.0%;对照组治愈14例(23.3%),显效22例(36.7%),有效15例(25.0%),无效9例(15.0%),总有效率85.0%.2组总有效率比较,差异有高度统计意义(P＜0.01).结论:直肠灌注中药"菌痢宁"治疗儿童细菌性痢疾疗效显著,方便易行,值得临床推广应用. |
