目的 探讨养血安胎方对复发性流产(RSA)血栓前状态子宫内膜容受性的作用机制.方法 对30例复发性流产患者应用养血安胎方治疗3个月经周期,治疗前后分别使用B超进行排卵监测,在黄体期采用ELLSA法检测子宫内膜组织血小板衍生因子-AA(PDGF-AA)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、组织纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)及纤溶酶...

Study on the Effect of Yangxue Antai Recipe on Improving Endometrial Receptivity in Pre-thrombotic State of Recurrent Abortion

Abstract:
Objective To explore the mechanism of Yangxue Antai Recipe on endometrial receptivity in pre-thrombotic state of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods Thirty patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion were treated with Yangxue Antai Recipe for three menstrual cycles.B-ultrasound was used to monitor ovulation before and after treatment.ELLSA method was used to detect the level of PDGF,VEGF,t-PA and PAI-1 in endometrial tissue during luteal phase.Electron microscopy and HE staining method was used to observe endometrial morphology.Results After the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles with Yangxue Antai Recipe,the patients′serum antithrombin III activity(AT-III)and protein S activity(PS)were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05);the endometrium The number of cases with abundant and moderate expression of pinocytosis increased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);the contents of PDGF-AA and t-PA in endometrial tissue were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Antai Decoction can improve the blood circulation and blood perfusion of the endometrium and improve the receptivity of the endometrium by invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation and nourishing blood.
