摘    要:绝大多数椎体压缩性骨折源自骨质疏松症,有骨折部位的疼痛和椎体高度丢失。椎体成形术( PVP)以及椎体后凸成形术( PKP)近些年被广泛用于治疗椎体压缩性骨折,能够缓解病人疼痛、恢复椎体高度、改善脊柱畸形。但关于 PVP及 PKP应用指征及入路选择等很多问题依旧值得讨论。经过对大量文献总结分析,现从 PVP及 PKP的发展、两种手术的相关技术现状、骨水泥的现状和两种技术的临床应用结果及争议、当前和未来的研究方向等进行综述。

Abstract:The vast majority of vertebral compression fractures are derived from osteoporosis, which causes pain at the fracture siteand loss of vertebral height. Percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) and percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) have been widely used to treat ver-tebral compression fractures in recent years, which can relieve pain, restore vertebral height and improve spinal deformity. However,many questions about PVP and PKP application indications and approach options are still worth discussing. This review has analyzedplenty of literature from the development of PVP and PKP, the status quo of the two techniques, their clinical application results andcontroversies, the status of bone cements, and research interests at present and in the future.
