Establishment of TCM Syndrome Differentiation of Autoimmune Thyroiditis Based On Delphi Method

Objective To analyze the diagnosis criteria of autoimmune thyroiditis based on Delphi method,and to establish the clinical criteria for the diagnosis of autoimmune thyroiditis.Methods Two rounds of questionnaire surveys were conducted among 46 experts across the country,and SPSS software was used to analyze the data from the questionnaire,and to evaluate the concentration and coordination of expert opinions and the reliability of the questionnaire.ResultsThere were 22 experts in the first round,and the positive coefficient of experts was 95.45%.In the second round,24 experts were consulted,and the positive coefficient of experts was 87.5%.The first round of the expert survey had an internal reliability value of 0.353 and the second round had a reliability value of 0.613.Conclusion The TCM syndrome differentiation of autoimmune thyroiditis in accordance with clinical practice is discussed:syndrome of liver stagnation and phlegm clotting,syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency,syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis,syndrome of qi stagnation and phlegm clotting,syndrome of qi and Yin deficiency,syndrome of Yang deficiency and phlegm clotting.
