清郁和降汤联合奥美拉唑对支气管哮喘合并胃食管反流病患者气道炎症的影响

目的分析清郁和降汤联合奥美拉唑治疗支气管哮喘合并胃食管反流病(GERD)的临床价值。方法选取2016年8月—2019年10月收治的95例支气管哮喘合并GERD患者,随机分为对照组47例与治疗组48例。两组均给予支气管哮喘常规治疗,在此基础上对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,治疗组给予奥美拉唑+清郁和降汤治疗,均于治疗8周后统计证候疗效,并比较治疗前后哮喘症状评分、胃食管反流症状评分及气道炎症指标血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)及白细胞介素-33(IL-33)、痰嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(EOS%)]。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗后两组哮喘日间、夜间症状评分及胃食管反流症状发作频率、严重程度评分均较本组治疗前下降,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗后两组血清IL-17、IL-33水平及EOS%均较本组治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论清郁和降汤联合奥美拉唑治疗支气管哮喘合并GERD效果显著,可有效改善患者哮喘及胃食管反流相关症状,且有利于减轻气道炎症,使哮喘得以有效控制。

Effect of Qingyu Hejiang Decoction Combined with Omeprazole on Airway Inflammation in Asthmatic Patients with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective To analyze the clinical value of Qingyuhejiang Decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of bronchial asthma with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods A total of 95 patients with bronchial asthma and GERD who were admitted from August 2016 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group of 47 cases and a treatment group of 48 cases.Both groups were given conventional treatment of bronchial asthma.On this basis,the control group was given omeprazole treatment,and the treatment group was given omeprazole+Qingyu Hejiang Dewction treatments.The efficacy of syndromes was calculated and compared after 8 weeks of treatment.Asthma symptom score,gastroesophageal reflux symptom score and airway inflammation index before and after treatmentserum interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-33(IL-33),sputum eosinophil percentage(EOS%)].Results The total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the asthma daytime and nighttime symptom scores and the frequency and severity of gastroesophageal reflux symptoms in the two groups were higher than those in the original The group decreased before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the serum IL-17,IL-33 levels and EOS%of the two groups were lower than those before treatment.The group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Qingyu Hejiang Decoction combined with omeprazole has a significant effect in the treatment of bronchial asthma with GERD,which can effectively improve the symptoms of asthma and gastroesophageal reflux in patients,and help reduce airway inflammation,so that asthma can be effectively controlled.
