卵巢良性肿瘤性病变MRI诊断

目的:探讨卵巢良性肿瘤性病变的MRI表现及诊断价值。材料和方法:回顾性分析48例经手术、病理证实的卵巢良性肿瘤性病变的MRI资料,并与病理结果对照。结果:48例卵巢病变中单侧卵巢病变43例,双侧卵巢病变5例。MRI检出48例53个卵巢良性肿块中的51个,其中囊性肿块43个,囊实性肿块6个,实质性肿块2个。MRI检出率达96.2%,定性诊断准确率为91.7%。结论:MRI对卵巢良性肿瘤性病变的定性诊断具有重要的价值,为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。

MRI diagnosis of benign ovarian tumorous lesions

Objective: To evaluate the MRI features and the diagnostic value in benign ovarian tumorous lesions. Materials and Methods: MRI features in 48 cases with benign ovarian tumorous lesions proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The diagnose was compared with pathological results. Results: There were 48 cases with ovarian lesions,of which 43 were unilateral ovarian lesions,5 were bilateral ovarian lesions. 51 lesions were detected by MRI in 48 patients with total 53 lesions,including 43 cystic masses,6 mixed cystic solid masses and 2 solid masses. The detective rate was 96.2%. The accuracy rate of specific diagnosis was 91.7%. Conclusion: MRI is of great value to in specific diagnosis of benign ovarian tumorous lesions and can provide reliable basis for clinical treatment.
