| 摘 要： | 目的分析彩色多普勒超声在肾移植术后并发症诊断中的应用价值。方法应用彩色多普勒对138例肾移植患者术后有并发症的超声特征进行分析。结果138例肾移植患者中发生不同种类并发症者16例，占11．7％，有着不同特征的超声表现。结论彩色多普勒超声对肾移植术后并发症的观察能指导临床治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of the complications of renal transplants.Methods 138 cases of renal transplants were observed with CDFI and the complications were analysed.Results There were 16 cases,about 11.7% with different complications in 138 cases of renal transplants.Conclusion CDFI can evaculate the complations of renal transplants and instruct the clinical therapies. |
