慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染者HBV DNA水平调查及与中医证型的关系

目的 :了解慢性乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)感染者 HBV脱氧核糖核酸 (HBV DNA)水平与患者性别、年龄、HBV标志物、肝功能及中医证型的关系。方法 :采用流行病学调查方法收集病例 ,进行统计学处理。结果 :HBVDNA水平与性别无关 ,与年龄增长成反比 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ,与丙氨酸转氨酶 (AL T)、门冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)异常成反比 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与 HBe Ag阳性呈正相关 ,与中医证型呈现邪伏络脉 >肝郁脾虚 >肝肾阴虚 >湿热中阻 >脾肾阳虚 >瘀血阻络的递减趋势。结论 :慢性 HBV感染者 HBV DNA水平与患者年龄、HBe Ag阳性、肝功能异常 ,以及中医证型演变有密切关系。

Relationship between HBV DNA Level of Chronic HBV Infective Patients and TCM Syndrome Type

Objective: To study the relationship of HBV DNA level of chronic HBV infective patients and their sex, age, HBV marker (HBV M), liver function and TCM syndrome type. Methods: The subjects were collected with epidemiological observation method and analyzed statistically. Results: HBV DNA level was not related with sex, but was inversely related with the increase of age (P< 0.05 0.01 ), ALT and AST (P< 0.05 ), and was positively related with HBeAg positive rate. HBV DNA level was gradually decreased with TCM syndrome type changing from evil retention in collateral to stagnation of liver qi and asthenia of spleen, to deficiency of liver yin and kidney yin, to retention of damp heat evil in spleen and stomach, to deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang, to blood stasis in collateral. Conclusion: HBV DNA level of chronic HBV infective patients was closely related with their age, HBeAg positive, abnormal liver function and TCM syndrome types.
