| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺对更年期干眼症泪液分泌的影响及疗效。方法:将46例(92只眼)更年期干眼症分为针刺组(21例)与泪然组(25例),分别进行针刺、外用泪然眼液治疗。结果:针刺组在延长泪膜破裂时间,增加泪流量,改善眼部症状方面,治疗前后比较有统计学差异;在改善角膜染色方面,治疗前后比较无统计学差异。与泪然组相比较,针刺对增加泪流量、改善眼部症状方面,治疗效果明显优于泪然。结论:针刺治疗更年期干眼症有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the validity of treating dry-eye syndrome in menopause period with acupuncture.Methods:Forty-six cases(92 eyes) with dry eye syndrome in menopause period were divided into acupuncturing group and Tears Natural Ⅱ group.They were treated respectively by acupuncture and Tears naturale Ⅱeye drops.Results:It is proved that there is statistical difference between the before and after treatment with acupuncture in BUT,SIt and clinical symptoms.But not in FL.Contraposing with Tears Natural Ⅱ,acupuncture is much better than Tears Natural Ⅱ in improving SIt and the subjective clinical syndromes.Conclusion: Treating dye-eye in menopause period with acupuncture is valid to not only objective but subjective symptoms. |
