| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨宫颈癌组织中抑癌基因P16表达及其与宫颈癌生长、浸润及转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组化(SP)法检测6 9例宫颈癌及2 0例正常宫颈组织中P16的表达。结果 2 0例正常宫颈组织中18例呈P16阳性表达,6 9例宫颈癌P16阳性表达率为5 5 .1% (38 6 9) ,P16阳性表达与宫颈癌的临床分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移有关(P <0 .0 1) ,而与宫颈癌的病理类型及年龄无关(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 P16的表达缺失可能在宫颈癌的发生、浸润及转移中起重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between P16 gene expression and invasion, metastasis of cervical carcinoma. Methods Expression of P16 in 69 cases of human carcinoma and 20 normal cervical tissues were detected by means of immunohistochemical stain.Results The positive expressions of P16 gene was 18 cases in 20 normal cervical tissues; In 69 cervical cancer tissues, the positive rates of P16 was 55.1% (38/69) . The expression of P16 in cervical carcinoma was related significantly to clinical stage, pathological grade, lymph node metastasis(P<0.01) but no relationship with patients age, pathological types(P>0.05). Conclusion In cervical carcinoma, decreased expressions of P16 may play important role in tumor angiogenesis, cancer invasion and metastasis. Detection of play may be of clinical significance in further understanding the biological behavior of cervical carcinoma. |
