对照观察注射用阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗呼吸道感染的临床疗效

摘    要:
目的:评价注射用阿奇霉素治疗急性细菌性呼吸道感染的安全性和有效性。方法:采用区组随机、平行对照、多中心开放试验方法,设注射用阿奇霉素组为试验组,红霉素组为给药对照组,比较两组在治疗细菌性呼吸道感染的临床及细菌学疗效。结果:两药的临床和细菌学疗效相似,但试验药不良反应发生率更低、更具有安全性。结论:注射用阿奇霉素治疗急性细菌性呼吸道感当有效且不良反应更低。

Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficiency and safety of intravenous agent of Azithromycin and Erythromycin in the treatment of respiratory tract infection. Methods: To take the methods of multicentric randomized block designed control-experiment. Results: The clinical cure rate in Azithromycin group (group A) was 70.9% , and 68.25% in Erythromycin group (group B); the clinical efficacy rates were 90.32% in group A and 87.30% in group B. There was no significant difference between two groups. The pathogens were isolated from both groups. The positive rates in group A and group B were 85.48 % and 80.95 % respectively. After treatment the bacterial eradication rates in group A and B were 92.59 % and 92.16% respectively, and there was no significant difference between two groups. The occurent rates of side effect in group A and B were 11.29% and 31.75% respectively, and there was a significance difference between two groups. Conclusion: Compared with Erythromycin, Azithromycin is an effective agent for the treatment of respiratory tract infection, and it is more safety and simple in clinical use.
