| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨手指掌面瘢痕挛缩屈曲畸形术后复发的原因及预防措施。方法 对 1996年 7月 - 2 0 0 2年 6月 10 8例手指掌面瘢痕松解植皮术病人进行回顾性分析。结果 手指瘢痕挛缩术后复发率 14 .5 % ,小儿 16 .5 % ,成人 10 .4 %。结论 手指瘢痕挛缩术后复发率高 ,主要是皮片坏死 ,抗挛缩措施不力等原因引起。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the causes and prevention methods of recrudesene of ventral digital cicatrical contracture after operation.Methods A restospective study was performed including 108 cases undergone by the scar tissues resecting and skin grafting on 648 fingers during 6 years period time.Results Recuttence rate of ventral digital cicatrcial contralcture was 14.5%.The recuttent rate in children was higher than in adults.Conclusion RecuttentTate of ventral digital cicatrical contracure after operation was high duing to necrosis of free skin graft,lacking of functional exercise and other reasons.It can besolved by homologous prevention measure. |
