针灸结合康复训练治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫的临床效果

目的：分析针灸结合康复训练治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫的临床效果。方法收集本院2012年10月~2013年10月期间诊治的缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者60例作为研究对象，采用随机分组的方式将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组患者各30例。对照组采用常规药物治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用针灸结合康复训练治疗，对两组患者的临床效果进行分析对比。结果观察组中显效20例，占总数的66.67%，有效6例，占总数的20.0%，无效4例，占总数的13.33%，总有效率为86.67%；对照组中显效13例，占总数的43.33%，有效6例，占总数的20.0%，无效11例，占总数的36.67%，总有效率为63.33%，两组患者治疗效果比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针灸结合康复训练治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫具有良好的临床效果，值得在临床应用上推广。

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia. Methods Choosing 60 cases of ischemic stroke patients in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 and dividing them into two groups, control group and observation group, 30 cases for each group. Control group using conventional drug treatment, observation group on the basis of control group using acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy, the clinical effects of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The markedly effective in 20 cases（66.67%）, effective in 6 cases（20.0%）, ineffective in 4 cases（13.33%）, the total effective rate was 86.67%;the control group, markedly effective in 13 cases（43.33%）, effective in 6 cases（20.0%） of the total, ineffective in 11 cases（36.67%）, the total effective rate was 63.33%, comparing treatment groups of patients with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy for ischemic stroke hemiplegia have good clinical results, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
