| 摘 要： | 目的评价以锚钉Ⅰ期固定肘关节内侧副韧带复合体止点损伤的临床疗效。方法 28例急性肘关节内侧副韧带复合体止点损伤患者均以锚钉Ⅰ期修复内固定,术后指导功能锻炼。结果 28例均得到随访,时间2-4年。Mayo评分优良率为92.8%。结论锚钉Ⅰ期固定急性肘关节内侧副韧带复合体止点损伤操作简便,疗效满意。锚钉内固定术后早期行功能锻炼是手术成功的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the result of internal anchor fixation of elbow medial collateral ligament complex(MCLC) insertion injury in primary stage.Methods 28 patients with acute MCLC insertion injuries were undergone open reduction and internal anchor fixation in primary stage and early postoperative functional exercises were permitted.Results All the patients were followed up for 2 to 4 years.According to Mayo scores,92.8% patients were excellent and good.Conclusions Anchor fixation for the treatment of MCLC... |
