米氮平与文拉法辛治疗抑郁症临床对照研究

目的评价米氮平与文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法将确诊的90例抑郁症门诊患者,随机分为2组:米氮平组45例,文拉法辛组45例。疗程8周,评定两组疗效、起效时间及不良反应。结果米氮平治疗抑郁症的疗效与文拉法辛相当。结论米氮平是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药,疗效与起效时间与文拉法辛相当,且服用方便,可作为治疗抑郁症的一线药物。

Comparative study of mirtazapine tablets and venlafaxine in the treatment of deoression

Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects between mirtazapine tablets and venlafaxine in the treatment of deoression.Methods90 inpatients and outpatients with depression according to CCMD-3 were involved in this study.They were randomly assigned to the mirtazapine tablets group(n=45)and venlafacine group(n=45)for 8 weeks.Effects and side reactions were evaluated with HAMD,CGI-SI and TESS before and after the treatment.ResultsEfficacy of mirtazapine tablets was similar to that of venlafaxine,it took effect more quickly,and its side effects were as little as venlafaxine.ConclusionMirtazapine tablets is an effective and safe antidepressant.It can be used as a first-line antidepressant in the treatment of depression.
