STD门诊医务人员工作环境及现状分析

目的了解皮肤性病门诊医务人员对工作环境、健康防护及职业暴露的认知情况,探讨如何改善性传播疾病(STD)门诊的就医环境,对医务人员的职业暴露进行防护知识培训,探寻有效的干预途径。方法对西安地区皮肤性病门诊的110名医务人员,采用自行设计的问卷表进行调查。内容包括一般资料、就医环境、卫生保健知识(职业暴露)、自我防护行为、影响自我防护的障碍和医疗用品处理等。结果西安地区部分医院基本无独立STD门诊,皮肤性病科、泌尿科、妇产科、传染科均有STD患者就诊,医务人员对预防性暴露后治疗认知率仅为25.45%。结论STD门诊工作环境需要改进,医务人员特别是护理人员对卫生保健知识(职业暴露)及自我防护行为认识不足。管理部门应根据STD门诊的特点,完善有关制度,提供防护设备、加强职业暴露防护培训,以预防职业暴露及交叉感染发生。

Survey of Medical Environment and Status of the Staff in STD Clinic

Objective To understand working environment, health protection and occupational exposure to the cognitive in STD staff and explore ways to improve the STD clinic work environment, occupational exposure and carry out safety protection training; to find effective ways to intervene. Methods 110 of STD workers in Xi′an area were surveyed using self-designed questionnaire ,including general information on medical treatment environment, health care knowledge (occupational exposure), self-protection, self-protective effects of obstacles, and the medical supplies to deal with. Results Some hospital in Xi′an had dependent STD clinic, which were performed by dermatology, urology, gynecology and obstetrics, etc. Knowledge of STD stuff on the post-exposure preventive treatment of cognitive was only 20.91 %. Conclusion STD clinic working environment, in particular the medical staff of health care knowledge (occupational exposure) and acts of self-protection awareness needs to be improved. Managers should improve the system, provide protective equipment, occupational exposure protection training based on the characteristics of the STD and prevent occupational exposure and cross-infection occurred.
