| 摘 要： | 目的总结路志正教授临床治疗冠心病的用药规律。方法收集路志正教授门诊诊治的冠心病病例,将每一病例所涉及的具体内容录入名老中医临床信息采集系统（广安门医院）,进行数据的处理与转化,分别运用频数分析、关联规则分析对数据进行统计学分析。结果路志正教授临床上治疗本病的药物中以茯苓、半夏、甘草、枳实等最为多见,常用药对有厚朴、枳实;茯苓、半夏;枳实、旋覆花等,这些用药均从脾胃入手。结论路老在治疗冠心病时从调理脾胃入手,临床疗效显著。
