| 摘 要： | 目的观察妇淋颗粒治疗围绝经期女性泌尿系感染的临床疗效。方法以中药复方妇淋颗粒辨证加减治疗74例围绝经期女性尿路感染,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察治疗前后尿频、尿急、小便涩痛、尿不畅、下腹不适、腰痛等临床症状改善情况,将各项症状计分,并比较治疗前后尿常规和尿培养检查。结果 74例纳入病例中,痊愈18例,好转50例,未愈6例,总有效率91.89%,不同合并疾病、不同证型、疾病不同阶段治疗前后症状积分均有统计学意义。结论妇淋颗粒治疗围绝经期妇女尿路感染有较好的临床疗效,且经济简便,副作用少,复发率低。 |
