序贯法在危重病医学教学中的应用

摘    要:临床麻醉与危莺病医学是基础医学与临床医学紧密结合且具有很强临床序贯性的应用性学科.围手术期病人其循环、呼吸系统以及内环境均存在序贯性的改变,在危重病医学教学过程中应注重病因和治疗的前后呼应循序渐进的特点,以一个连续的手段监测、诊断,维持患者在围术期各项功能稳定,在提高麻醉质量和保障病人安全的同时,增强学生对患者围术期各器官功能变化的理解并提高教学质量.

Abstract:Clinical anesthesia and intensive care medicine is a combination subject of preclinical medicine and clinical medicine,which is sequential and applicable in clinical practice.In this article we cite a lot of examples including circulation system,respiratory system and internal environment,in order to explain the sequential changes during the perioperative period.In the medical teaching,we should pay much attention to the characteristics of the etiological factors and therapeutic effects before and after,step by step,by using continuous monitoring,diagnosing,maintaining the function of a body,in order to magnify the anesthesia quality,to ensure the patients safety,and at last to promote the quality of teaching.
