| 摘 要： | 目的探索带蒂大网膜颅内移植方法改进。方法双侧带蒂大网膜颅内移植术加颅骨成型术治疗脑缺氧后遗症。结果全部患者无术后脑受压并发症，运动、语言和智力有不同程度进步。结论带蒂大网膜颅内移植术加颅骨成型术可减少术后并发症，增加手术效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the new method in surgical treatment of pedicular transposition of the omental. Methods Cranioplasty with bilateral pedicualr transposition of the omental in the treatment of post - cerebral anoximia Syndrome. Results no syndrome with brain decompress. The funciton of motor, speech and memtality improved with various degree. Conclusion Cranioplasty With bilateral pedicular transposition of the omental resulted in decreased postoperative complication and improved effect. |
