高效液相色谱法测定伤风停胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量

目的建立测定伤风停胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法采用外标一点法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以0.1%磷酸溶液（含0.1%三乙胺）-乙腈（97∶3）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为205 nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0.105～0.84μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=264 271 X＋3 571.7,r=0.998 3（n=5）,平均加样回收率为99.66%,RSD为0.55%（n=6）。结论该方法简便、准确,专属性强,测定结果重复性好,可作为伤风停胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量的测定方法。

Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Shangfengting Capsule by HPLC

Objective To establish the method for determining the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Shangfengting Capsule by HPLC.Methods Using Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）,0.1% phosphoric acid solution containing 0.1% triehylamine-ace-tonitrile（97 ∶ 3） as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 205 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.105-0.84 μg for ephedrine hydrochloride and the linear equation was Y = 264 271 X ＋ 3 571.7,r = 0.998 3（n = 5）.The average recovery rate was 99.66% and RSD was 0.55%（n = 6）.Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,which can be used to the scientific quantitative analysis method of ephedrine hydrochloride in Shangfengting Capsule and the reduplication of the result was good.
