艾迪注射液的不良反应及合理使用

近年来，随着艾迪注射液广泛应用于临床恶性肿瘤的治疗，其不良反应报道也日益增多，其不良反应包括过敏反应、恶心呕吐、静脉炎、一过性转氨酶增高等，严重者表现为过敏性休克、呼吸困难等。通过对相关报道进行分析和讨论，提醒临床医护工作者加强临床用药监护，提高合理用药水平，从而保证公众用药安全。同时建议药品生产企业加强基础研究，改进工艺,从源头上减少中药注射剂的不良反应。

Adverse Drug Reaction and Rational Use of Aidi Injection

For the past few years, Chinese formulated products Aidi injection was used widely in tumor therapy and then adverse drug reaction (ADR) of Aidi injection increased day by day. The ADR of Aidi injection not only include allergic response, phlebophlogosis, nausea and vomiting, a short time raise up of aminopherase and so on, but also include severe symptoms such as allergic shock, anhelation and so on. Reports of Aidi injection ADR were analyzed and discussed for reminding the medical worker to pay more attention to clinical pharmaceutical care, improve rational medication and guarantee safety use of drug, suggesting drug producing enterprise should strengthen basic research and improve technology.
