主动性量化腹部按摩对骨折卧床患者便秘发生率的影响

目的:探讨主动性量化腹部按摩预防骨折卧床患者便秘的方法。方法:以Orem自理理论为指导评估患者的自理能力,选择下肢骨折卧床并能自行完成腹部按摩的具有部分自理能力的住院患者93例,随机分为观察组43例和对照组50例,在常规治疗和护理基础上,对照组采用常规健康教育指导预防便秘;观察组除常规健康教育指导外,采用主动性量化腹部按摩的方法预防便秘。结果:观察组便秘发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:主动性量化腹部按摩能有效预防骨折卧床患者便秘的发生,方法简单易行,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of active quantization abdominal massage on the incidence of constipation of patients with fracture in bed

Objective: To explore the methods of prevention of constipation of patients with fracture in bed by applying active quantization abdominal massage.Methods: Orem theory of"looking after themselves" was taken as the guidance to evaluate the ability of patients in "looking after themselves".93 patients who had partial ability of doing abdominal massage were divided into observation group(n=43) and control group(n=50).On the basis of basic treatment and nursing care,routine health education on prevention of constipation was given in the control group and additional active quantization abdominal massage was applied in the observation group.Results: The incidence of constipation was much lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Active quantization abdominal massage is very effective to prevent from constipation of patients with fracture in bed.The method is simple and can be used widely.
