73所贫困地区乡镇卫生院现状分析及对策探讨

目的 了解贫困地区乡镇卫生院的卫生服务现状，针对存在的问题提出合适的解决方法。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法，从贵州省50个贫困县中按地理位置抽取4个贫困县，每个县按照50％的抽样比例随机抽取了73所乡镇卫生院进行调查。结果卫生院基本设施的配备情况低于1998年国家平均水平；平均每个乡镇卫生院年提供诊疗人次为9114人次；3岁以下儿童系统保健管理率为20，32％，7岁以下儿童系统保健管理率为15．75％。结论应加强对乡镇卫生院工作人员的培训，改善乡镇卫生院的设备条件，提高公共卫生服务的能力。

Analysis of current conditions of seventy - three township hospitals in poverty - stricken rural areas and discussion on the measures

Objective To understand the current status of health service of township health sections in poverty-stricken areas and put forward proper solutions for solving the problems. Methods An investigation of 73 township health sections in 4 poverty counties in Guizhou was made by multi-stage stratified sampling and random cluster sampling. Results The infrastructure of sampling township health sections are below the national average standard in 1998; the number of visits per year is 9114 in each township health section; the percent of systematic children care of 3 and 7 years old is 20.32% and 15.75%, respectively. Conclusion The training of health workers in the township health sections ought to be strengthened so as to improve the condition of infrastructure an enhance the ability of public health service.
