精神分裂症患者个性特征状况调查

目的 探讨精神分裂症患者的个性特征,为临床干预提供依据. 方法 对1600例精神分裂症患者采用艾森克个性问卷进行测评,并与中国常模进行对比分析. 结果 男性患者艾森克个性问卷的精神质维度分与中国常模无显著性差异（P＞0.05）,内外向、神经质、掩饰维度分与中国常模均有极显著性差异（P＜0.01）;女性患者精神质、内外向、神经质、掩饰维度分与中国常模均有极显著性差异（P＜0.01）. 结论 精神分裂症患者的个性特征与正常人群存在显著性差异,在对患者进行综合干预时要注意培养患者的健康人格,促进患者个性特征的健康发展.

Surveys of personality characteristics in schizophrenics

Objective To explore the personality characteristics in order to provide basis for clinical intervention. Methods conducted with the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ） of schizophrenics Evaluations were in 1600 schizophrenia patients and compared with Chinese norm. Results There was no significant difference in psychoticism score between male patients and Chinese norm （P〉0.05） and were significant differences in introversion and extraversion, neuroticism and belying （P〈0.01）; there were significant differences in psychoticism, introversion and extraversion, neuroticism and belying scores between female ones and Chinese norm （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion There are significant differences in personality characteristics between schizophrenia patients and normal population, the attention should be paid to cultivating patients＇ healthy personality and to promote the healthy development of personality characteristics when undertaking comprehensive intervention.
