林生地霉皮损分离株和血液分离株致病性的实验研究

摘    要:
目的研究林生地霉皮损分离株和血液分离株的致病性。方法制备林生地霉细胞悬液,通过尾静脉注入不同免疫状态的昆明小鼠体内,观察各组小鼠21天内的平均存活天数和10日内的肾脏组织载菌量,进行统计学分析。结果林生地霉感染后免疫抑制小鼠从感染后第2天开始出现死亡,而免疫正常小鼠在21天内均无自然死亡。在同一免疫状态下,皮损分离株组和血液分离株组比较,小鼠平均存活天数和肾脏组织载菌量均无显著性差异(P>0.01);无论是皮损分离株还是血液分离株,免疫抑制小鼠的平均存活天数明显短于免疫正常小鼠(P<0.01),同时免疫抑制小鼠的肾脏组织载菌量亦明显高于免疫正常小鼠(P<0.01)。结论不同来源的林生地霉菌株在相同免疫状态下致病性无显著差异;而不同的免疫状态其致病性不同。

The Experimental Study of the Pathogenicity of Geotrichum Silvicola Isolated From the Skin Lesion and Blood
Abstract:
Objective To study the pathogenicity of Geotrichum silvicola isolated from the skin lesion and blood. Methods Conida suspensions of Geotrichum silvicola were prepared and inoculated into a lateral tail of mice in different immune states. In every groups ,the mean survival time and tissue burden of fungi in kidney were observed and analyzed by statistics. Results After infected by Geotrichum silvicola, the immunosuppressive mice began to die on the second day but the immune mice didn't die from the first day till the 21th day. In the same immune state, the mean survival time and tissue burden of fungi in kidney were no apparent difference between the strains from the skin lesion and blood (P>0.01); The mean survival time of the immunosuppressive mice was significantly shorter than that of the immune mice (P<0.01), and the tissue burden of fungi in kidney of the immunosuppressive mice was also obviously more than that of the immune mice (P<0.01). Conclusion Geotrichum silvicola from different origination show the same pathogenicity in the same immune state. But in different immune states, they have different pathogenicity.
