90Sr/90Y敷贴器治疗婴幼儿皮肤草莓状血管瘤

目的 探讨90Sr/90Y放射性核素敷贴器治疗1岁以下皮肤草莓状血管瘤患儿,体积＜2.5 cm×1.3 cm×0.3 cm,单发、皮肤浅表血管瘤疗效.方法 采用90Sr/90Y放射性核素敷贴器局部近距离照射治疗,每周3次,10次为1个疗程,采取个体量化治疗,总吸收剂量10～25 Gy,间隔3个月为1个治疗周期.结果 138例患儿治疗结束后分别随访1～9个月.1个疗程治愈97例,2个疗程治愈38例,3个疗程治愈3例,无溃破发生,部分出现轻度放射性皮炎,3～9个月基本消失,恢复满意.显效率为100%.结论 90Sr/90Y敷贴器治疗婴幼儿皮肤浅表血管瘤,操作简便、安全、无痛,增殖期治疗效果好,恢复满意,易于为患儿家属所接受.

Clinical value of 90Sr/90Y applicator brachytherapy for skin hemangiomas in infants

Objective To evaluate the effects of ~(90)Sr/~(90)Y applicator brachytherapy for single strawberry hemangioma of the skin in infants.Methods The applicator brachytherapy was performed 3 times a week using an individual treatment schedule with total doses from 10 Gy to 25 Gy.The observation period after treatment was three months.Results Among 138 infants less than 1 year old,97 cases were cured after the first period of treatment with the follow-up of 9 months,38 cases after the second period of treatment,and 3 cases after the third period of treatment.No skin ulcer was found.A few cases suffered from moderate radioactive dermatitis.Conclusion ~(90)Sr/~(90)Y applicator brachytherapy is a simple,safe,noninvasive and effective treatment for single strawberry hemangioma in infants.
