| 摘 要： | 目的:观察鼻康复鼻腔填塞治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效;方法:将117例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予鼻康复鼻腔填塞,对照组给予滴通鼻炎水喷鼻,治疗两周后观察两组患者疗效及鼻镜下鼻腔体征改变;结果:治疗组和对照组治疗总有效率经统计学检验差异显著(P<0.01),治疗组治疗前后鼻镜下鼻腔体征改变明显,经检验有统计学意义(P<0.01);结论:鼻康复填塞治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎疗效显著,且副作用更小。
