疏肝健胃解郁方加减对功能性消化不良胃敏感性影响的临床研究

目的:评价疏肝健胃解郁方加减对功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia FD)患者胃敏感性的影响。方法:将64例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各32例,治疗组以疏肝健胃解郁方化裁、对照组以多潘立酮治疗,疗程为4周;并设20例健康志愿者为健康对照组;采用饮水负荷实验(Water-drink test,WDT)检测FD患者治疗前后及健康对照组胃敏感性。结果:FD在胃感知阈值、胃饱足阈值及胃最大耐受阈值方面均明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01);中药组和西药组均能改善FD患者胃感知阈值、胃饱足阈值及胃最大耐受阈值(P<0.05),且中药组由于西药多潘立酮(P<0.05);同时中药组在胃阈值改善率方面优于西药组(P<0.05);不同中医证型胃感知阈值、胃饱足阈值及胃最大耐受阈值存在差异,以脾胃气虚组最明显,相对于其它证型有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药疏肝健胃解郁方加减可能通过改善FD患者胃敏感性而达到治疗目的。
