| 摘 要： | 目的:观察清养化痰方治疗41例支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者的临床疗效,总结周仲瑛教授治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床经验。方法:对符合纳入条件的患者给予清养化痰方,1次10g,1日2次。共服用24周。对于急性发作患者可给予适当的西医治疗。在治疗前,治疗后12周,治疗后24周对病情进行评定。结果:痊愈3例,显效24例,有效11例,无效3例。受试者服用清养化痰方0周、服用后12周、服用后24周,患者的证候总积分、主要症状积分有持续下降趋势、哮喘控制测试评分有持续上升趋势,不同时间点之间具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:清养化痰方治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期(肺肾阴虚、痰热内蕴证)有良好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingyanghuatan pill on the 41 patients of Bronchial Asthma in Remission Period.Summarize the professor Zhou Zhongying's clinical experience.
