| 摘 要： | 目的：优选渭良伤科贴膏的提取工艺。方法：以干膏量和提取液中栀子苷含量为指标，以水为提取溶媒，采用正交试验法，来考察提取次数、加水量、提取时间、药材粉碎度、浸泡时间对渭良伤科贴膏提取效果的影响。结果：最佳提取条件为：取药材饮片先加水浸泡2h，然后提取2次，第一次提取1．5h，加水量为13倍，第二次提取1h，加水量为10倍。结论：该提取工艺稳定可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the best extraction process of Weiliang Shangke Strapping.Method:The total solid and the content of geniposide were used as the indexes,the effect of extraction times,solvent volume,extraction time,grinding degree of mate- rial and soaking time on the extraction results were observed by the orthogonal design.Result:The best extraction conditions were that the herbal pieces were soaked for 2 hours then extracted twice(adding 13 times amount water and extracting for 1.5 hours for the fir... |
