| 摘 要： | 目的：建立解磷注射液的含量测定方法。方法：采用一阶导数光谱法不经分离直接测定解磷注射液的含量。选用氯磷定的测定波长为２７９ｎｍ。结果：相关系数为ｒ＝０．９９９８,平均回收率为９９．８２％,ＲＳＤ为１．０３％。结论：以一阶导数光谱法测定氯磷定的含量,结果准确、满意,较紫外分光光度法更为快捷、方便。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determination of pyraloxime methylchloride in injection.METHODS:A first order derivative spectrophotometry was used.The determination wave length was 279 nm.RESULTS:The correlation coefficient was -0.999 8 .The average recovery was 99.82% ,with RSD of 1.03% .CONCLUSIONS:The method is faster and more convenient,than UV spectrophotometry. |
